2017 updates!

Just like the economy and weather, each year has a bit of its own character in regards to the industry’s health, for lack of a better word. Next year, 2017 (even 2018 dare I say), seems to be a rather healthy one. The amount of early inquiries we received and also the rate at which venues, popular ones and not so popular ones, booked for 2017 is a bit faster than recent years. There are even vendors, such as tenting companies, rental companies and others that have put their warnings out there that their own inventory is dwindling over certain dates already, even as late as next October. For one, when you book with us we do put soft holds on certain rental items right away to make sure that those items we most likely will want to rent are available early enough in the year, choices we can always change a few months from now. Surely planning doesn’t happen in a day, nor does design and selecting rentals as an example, but we try our hardest to get ahead of the game.  We want you to be super passionate about your team of vendors as well so we get cracking on what is appropriate to be focusing on at this time, while out of sight and mind we have already done some fancy foot work on your behalf to visit later.

Two, and perhaps most importantly for some of you, we have a knack at finding venues that are perfect for individual couples. Even when it seems like everything is booked, maybe everything that is popular, a discouraging find indeed, we always seem to look around the right corner and find an alternative, that is often times better.
